开设入境就业许可账户 Company Employment License

根据上海市就业促进中心，国（境）外人员就业处规定，企业要为外籍及港澳台员工办理相关就业证的前置条件是企业需先取得《境外人员就业手续用户卡》。

According to the regulations of Foreigners (Expatriates) Employment Office belong to Shanghai Municipal Employment Promotion Center. Companies should go through relevant employment permits for foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises staff must first obtain Foreigners Employment Formalities User Card as pre-condition.

Expatriates employee passport or ID certification (original& copy)

5. 领卡证
